  1. Is HomeCourt available on Android devices?

    HomeCourt is not available on Android devices. But if you would like to continue using our apps to train your fitness and agility in a fun and gamified way, please check out our other app Active Arcade, which is available for both iOS and Android devices!

  2. How do I change my HomeCourt Profile Login Email Address?

    Go to Settings and select “Account”. Tap the email field to edit and verify your email address.

  3. How do I delete my HomeCourt Account?

    To delete your HomeCourt account, please follow these steps:

    • Update your HomeCourt app to version 3.34 or above from the App Store.

    • Go to your Profile › Settings (the toggles button at the top right).

    • Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account, and read through the on-screen warnings and instructions to delete your account.

    Please note also that once a HomeCourt account has been deleted, it is irreversible.

    If the above steps don’t work for you, please send an email to support@homecourt.ai with your HomeCourt Profile Name, Login Email Address, the reason you would like to delete your HomeCourt Account, and why deleting your own HomeCourt account doesn’t work.

  4. How many shots can I track for free in a month?

    You can now track an unlimited number of shots for free each month in HomeCourt!

  5. What device(s) does HomeCourt work with?

    HomeCourt’s advanced AI technology requires a device with sufficient processing power. HomeCourt currently supports recording on the following devices running iOS 13.0 or above:

    • iPhone 6S or newer

    • iPad Pro (model year 2016 or newer)

    • iPad (6th generation or newer)

    • iPad Air (3rd generation or newer)

    • iPad Mini (5th generation or newer)

    The following more advanced features requires more recent devices:

    • Hand Span requires a device with Face ID support, without the Home button.

    • Land Agility and Shuttle Run requires iPhone XS, XR or newer, iPad Pro (model year 2018 or newer), iPad Air (3rd generation or newer) or iPad mini (5th generation or newer).

    • Announcing advanced metrics in real time when recording a shooting session, such as shot type, leg angle, release angle and speed, requires iPhone XS, XR or newer, iPad Pro (model year 2017 or newer), iPad Air (3rd generation or newer) or iPad mini (5th generation or newer).

    You can use an iPhone 5s or later to view videos, data and stats.

  6. Can HomeCourt track 3 point attempts even if there is no 3 point line?

    Yes, HomeCourt can track 3 point attempts as long as we have clear vision of the basket and the position of the free throw line.

  7. How To Change Player Information?

    Tap on “Profile”, Edit (pencil icon), to change your player information.

  8. How do I change my Privacy Settings?

    Tap On “Settings”, “Account”, and then “Privacy” to change.

    You can also change the Privacy Settings of an individual workout by going to “Profile”, “Journal”, select the type of workout it was on the top, “View Details”, “Settings”, “Privacy Settings.”

    Please note that, for children privacy protection reasons, once a HomeCourt account has been created with a date of birth below 13 years of age, it will be created as a kid account, and the system will not allow changing its screen name, email address, date of birth or privacy settings.

  9. What can I do if my workout is inaccurate? 

    If your find your workout has inaccurate shot location or has inaccurate make/miss, please shake your phone and tap on "Report a Problem"

  10. How accurate is HomeCourt?
    When the app is set up properly, our testing has shown HomeCourt to be highly accurate. We are constantly improving HomeCourt to be accurate in every basketball environment possible.

     

  11. Can I edit my make/miss and Shot Location in my workout?

    Yes, to edit go to your workout, tap on View Details, Shot By Shot, Edit (pencil icon). Then tap on make/miss to change the shot and you may also drag the cursor of the ball to change the shot location. Remember to tap on “save” once you are finished!
